If you receive an item that is faulty/damaged or incorrect you may return it. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns because the style doesn't suit you or you changed your mind etc and is not the item at fault. This is due to hygiene reasons; sadly we cannot put a wig for re-sale. Please buy carefully :)

We can either replace the item or give a full refund including postage costs. The new item/refund will not be sent until the product has returned safely to us in its original condition.
